There is also a huge north-facing terrace off the kitchen surrounded by a well-established garden filled with sunshine. It is complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting the perfect place for relaxed family dining or entertaining after a day at the beach.
There is a large bathroom with internal laundry (new washer/dryer), separate guest toilet and a comfortable double bedroom completes this floor.
