This house consists of 4 bedrooms + room downstairs and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 10 people) - Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite facing the view, 2nd also has a king bed with a garden aspect. 3rd has 2 king singles which can be made up as another king bed, 4th has 1 Single.
There is also a room downstairs with two king singles (which can be made up as a king bed) and a fold out sofa upon request only!
The backyard has an undercover dining setting and BBQ, the front of the house which is facing west has a large deck with outdoor dining setting to take in the expansive views.

Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Caf right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Caf just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. This property is fully self contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bringtoiletry items and supply your own washing powder, dish detergent, and food.
All linen and towels are provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels.
